So we have decided that we are sick of the smell of dehydrating fruit and vegetables in the house.
We are ready to take a break and work on making some jerky out of our elk in the freezer. I have two jerky recipes, but that will get old after an entire year! Does anyone have any yummy jerky recipes they could recommend? We will be grateful to you around month 5 when we have variety!
